I've been wanting to drink more wine from Alsace and today am have this Riesling from Domaine Weinbach and the Faller's, Colette, Catherine and Laurence.
On the nose I have peach, apricot, honey, ginger, petrol and a nice mineral note.
The palate has nice fruit notes of peach, apricot, nectarines, honey and wet rock minerality.
This wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity and a long balanced finish. Everything is up front and at the mid-palate, hardly anything on the backend. All in all a nice riesling from Alsace. Have a wonderful weekend and be safe. Nostrovia!
