Pale Lemon in colour. Aromas of musk, Lychees and rose petals. On the palate rich with glacé fruits - but more spicy than sweet. A full bodied white for sure. A really great match with Chinese Pork and also Chicken Dumplings. I usually try and find an excuse to have a red wine with every dish - even fish (Pinot Noir) but sometimes a white is demanded as on this occasion. The word Nectar comes to mind.
