Sort of a thick Auslese style. Some lily and jasmine flowers, but they’re ephemeral and don’t follow on the body which is itself without much acid or minerality. Rich and thick, sugar playing an unfettered, dominant role. The style is cloying though I suppose it may become interesting in time.

Off-dry style. White mushroom and tropical fruits goodness. Very concentrated and focused. Impressive! A bit high on the alcohol though (15%)

Aug 31st, 2021Surprisingly rich & on the sweet side. Slightly reductive at the beginning, shows ripe peach & Mirabelle plums after some time with a pinch of pepper and muscat & bay leaf. On the palate with mid weight and spicy honey fruits + a bitter almond touch towards the finish. Nicely balanced and with good length. Slightly bland on its own but a surprising fit with Raclette.
