Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé Blend

Vintage 2023 | I tasted a range of rosé and decided to buy this Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Brought some bottles to my kids. ‘That rosé you brought, we liked it a lot’, said my son. The rosé has a lot of bitters, making it imo a eating wine. We drank it with pasta oyster mushrooms peperocine - a recipe from Sicilia.

Tasty. Light. Roses. Tart.

2015 Domaine Vallon de Glauges at the Lake Arrowhead cabin. The best thing about this wine was its size and bottle shape, sans aucun doute. The wine itself was fleshy and fruity, and lacking the cut and racy minerals of the best Provence 2015s. That said, we'd never kick it outta bed. And it was frankly gone before the sun even set...

Refreshing. Not too dry or sweet
