An incredibly complex wine, both on the nose and palate. A dry Chardonnay, having a slightly sulfuric tinge when first opener, fading to a beautiful mix of sous bois, lemon curd, wet stones. The same is mirrored on the palate, but with a dash of cayenne, eucalyptus, and a bit of petrol. Gorgeous and worth the money.
