Honeydew melon, pomelo, gardenias, cashew milk, saline, bitter almond flower, sea shells. Fresh rounded acidity, light-medium bodied, creamy texture, crisp clean floral-slightly bitter finish. Gorgeous mineral driven texture, delicate aromatics, vastly excels beyond price point.
