1日目: 良い意味で全房発酵、熟れた果梗の香りがと熟れた赤系果実。非常に高い酸。酸がすごく高い!タンニンは滑らかだがしっかり。凝縮感、複雑味、後味どれも良い。まだ熟成できそう。
2日目になるとだいぶ穏やかに。
リラックスのアウトレットで3500円くらいだったかと。
また飲みたい。
