Bollenberg Pinot Noir

Needs a decant. Better after opened. On the lighter side. Ripe strawberries. It’s growing on me. Wasn’t a huge fan about an hour ago.

1日目: 良い意味で全房発酵、熟れた果梗の香りがと熟れた赤系果実。非常に高い酸。酸がすごく高い！タンニンは滑らかだがしっかり。凝縮感、複雑味、後味どれも良い。まだ熟成できそう。
2日目になるとだいぶ穏やかに。
リラックスのアウトレットで3500円くらいだったかと。
また飲みたい。

Light and still youngish. Not particularly long. Took a bit of time to reveal its aromas. Old school Alsace PN, which is no bad thing.

So much fruit on this but yet subtle, awesome.
