Drank young, but did not regret it. Got better with air. Will be difficult to drink another sauv blanc. delicate but in no way fragile. the individual parts of this wine are already coming together harmoniously. this was like a great first date, match made in heaven; I can't wait to see where we'll be in 5 years.
