The color of this wine is striking. Beautiful grassy, herbaceous, and floral notes on the nose. Acid is tame. Oak influence is perceptible in that it rounds out the wine, giving it more body. In the mouth, more of that delicious herbaceousness, plus grapefruit, and smoky minerality. I could drink this every day, in large quantities. A slam dunk with oysters!
