I don’t know if it’s my newborn baby boy or my mother-in-law’s sauce, but this burgundy is delicious. The nose is amazing. Velvety and smooth in the mouth.

Lovely clean Aloxe, a little green. Nice cola and cherry nose, but plenty of mint and herbs. Needs time, even better the 2nd day. Long finish bides well for aging.
