This is an excellent Bourgogne Blanc. Light, fresh and crisp. No oak. Nice mouthfeel. Fairly long finish.

Pinot Night at the stadium! This one we started with tonight with grilled salmon and some quinoa. I dunno, Quinoa. Keep thinking it's Korean and has dog in it. Regardless this outstanding Bourgogne makes it a pleasure to eat. Seriously the '10 equals the '09 and has terrific light notes but enough fruit and bottom to stand up to a Cajun rub on the salmon. Check it out. Worth the the bucks.
