A notch better than last bottle, a beam of fresh citrus zest and stony pear. Phenomenal match for lobster.

A pure and concentrated GC Chablis with laser focussed intensity. Needs time.

Had the 2017 while watching friends anniversary at Ailee’s house with Sakura. So good!! Mineral, sea, oak, toast, mid acid, dry. Like biting an apple! So happy to know more about the burgundy region now and hope to drink more Chablis

Tight nose. Creamy lemon with whiff of reductive smoke. The palate is poised. Wine is young and yet to unfurl but everything is there - sharp semi-sweet citrus, mineral slate, and smoke with some oak or leesy vanilla. Great creamy texture. Better in 5 yrs.

Short on palate, acid/dry; tastes mineral, fruity. Had with burnt ends takeout during lockdown
