Great fruit. Quite bright and translucent but with a good gnarly undertow. Good balance

Most approachable of the crus when young. Delicious

Young, but the depth these wines have is amazing.

Fall harvest. Warm. Sumptuous. Hit of earth, but a bit of sea as well! Gorgeous wine. Elegant. Velvety....

Needs a full hour to open...

My absolute favorite wine in the world

Musty nose when opening, but none of that on the palate. Smoky red berry hiding a little funk. Was great just now, but could likely sit for some time to come, as well. Opened two magnums in a big group, each was wonderful.

Tannins reasonable fruit concentrated but balanced
