Domaine Tempier. One of the great unsung wineries of France. This Mourvèdre just sings. Massive nose of Mourvèdre funk and sulfur. Palate is driven by rich blackberry with olive and saline. Longer finish and medium plus acidity. Still has lots of years in the tank.

I’m a Mourvèdre lover . I’ve rated this before and zero has changed. Liquid gold.

Played second fiddle to a Dominus, but showed so well. Mourvèdre has been my personal grape of choice lately, and this beauty delivered. A stink bomb on the nose with mineral ore and macerated cherries on the pallet. This bad boy can go the distance and look forward to more of this in the future

Young but really enjoyable... inky, intense, a bit of funk, lots of dry herbs, garrigue.. savory flavors with lots fruit at the back, fresh with grippy tannins ... humble and great!
