Just amazing. A wine in a perfect place. Developed earthy, truffle undertones but plenty of ripe dark fruit pleasure. Yum

I'm blessed to be in the trade and have these things show up when I working. Really smokey, broad - spivey. Integrated tannins at --11. A whiff of Brett throughout.

Floral nose, with apple skin, blackberry, and violets, leather adds to the palate as this is drinking really well right now with youth and maturity playing tug of war with the palate. Best Mourvèdre ever for me so far!

2020/6/30 with chicken and preserved lemon tagine, grilled zucchini and couscous. Cellared for 10+ years at home. This was “à point”, with lots of fruit and hints of tertiary semis emerging. It didn’t have the effusive character of the 2003 Pibarnon we recently had but was lovely all the same

Bloody well corked - dank and musty - the shame of it!

Outstanding wine!!Dark ruby color, nice weight and stone mineral-like on the palate. I will buy it again.
