Normally love this wine, 2017 has not been my favorite...bitter notes, alcohol sticks out, fruit seems overdone.

A little skunky at first, slightly sweet, luscious texture. Red fruit and confectionary aromas; fondant. Punchy mineral kick. Great balance. Wish I’d waited a few more years.

I have never smelled so much lavender in my life......in anything... apart from being there.

Crisp peach, grapefruit pith / balanced, sleek, and full bodied with a notable acidity giving lift and length. Excellent vintage; unforgettable wine, per usual

An electric bundle of minerals and pink fruit. Very slatey nose. Strawberries and pink plums and champagne currants with a metallic zing on the palate. Surprisingly substantial bit of RS. Would enjoy this more if it were dryer now, but it will probably age phenomenally.

What better day to open this one up then on Mother’s Day. This has been in the back of my fridge since last August (I swear, I do clean my fridge 🙄) and I think the wait to open was a million times worth it! Orange, cranberry and the weight and roundness that wasn’t there a year ago. Always a winner but I’m glad I actually held onto a bottle for a bit.

A lavender & watermelon slap in the face that leaves you begging for more. Has loads more in store for its second and third years and beyond.
