Slightly deeper ruby , slightly narrower pink , ruby rim . Deeper more concentrated riper , slightly more roasted , medicinal, mineral nose at first . Needs a bit of time to come together . Then darker , ripe cassis and red currant . Richer and riper on the palate , but still good balance , darker fruits , sweeter , touch of cassis , red currant and earthy mineral finish . This is quite a bit denser with reasonably good length , earthy mineral , dark cherry tinged finish. The riper deeper character comes across quite evidently , a bit marked by the vintage perhaps , very different from the other two. This does seem to come together in the glass with time ,it will get there eventually but needs more time . Better in 5 years and will drink well a further 10 or so .
