Round bright fruit, mushroomy, with a spicy nose. Extremely lively on the palate, with fresh fruit, soft texture, and nerviness. Some oak follows, but already a delight to drink. Excellent Marsannay blanc.

Birthday dinner wine with Tiva! Pronounced Golden color with hints of straw, medium bodied, with a prominent zesty nose with notes of apple crumble, staw and sweet earth. The palate is beautifully balanced, with bold acidity even after 4 years of bottle aging, and prominent flavors of underripe figs, lemon pie, with a slight creamy undercurrent and a long citrusy finish, with more green apple and slight leafy note. Awesome pairing for fish!
