Super high toned, incredible tension, vibrant tart cherry, flavors better delineated after 2 hours open. Wish I had more to cellar.

A little animal, a little rustic, with bright fruit and a tingly feel. Needs time to settle down but quite enjoyable with my pizza tonight.

It's true, 2 hours almost to an exacting marker place, it blooms wildly compared to the beginning movement. Patience is a prerequisite at this time...and then💦💦💦☔️
