2008 absolutely shocked at the PQR for this wine. A textbook example of what a fine Burgundy should bring to the table. And thats without ruining your budget. Crisp and ripe red cherries, raspberries, sloe berries intermingle with a delicate steminess, almost a little peppery. Well polished tannins that make you salivate longing for more. In its own league its an A +

Disappointing. Clipped, muted and with little fruit. Tried over several days—a bit better after a day but then went downhill. Well below the standard of the previous two bottles.

Brought to Lynch in SA for eclipse trip and surprised to have both opened. Silky rounded red fruited profile. Drank well without food.

Drinking with Mom, Dad, and Emily and Petite Nice in Marseille! The color is dark red and purple. The nose is a little funky and a little spicy but mostly juicy bright red fruit. There is almost a bounce to it. Taste is super bright with almost a little effervescence. It is juicy, super juicy, red fruit, with darker spice notes on the back end. Fantastic Pinot noir.
