Savory start to dinner. Light yet oily and easy to drink. Sitting right on the fence between light citrus sauv blanc and the fatter less fruity versions of Viognier. Perfect preparations for socializing and wood fired fish dishes. Liquid grace. She's quiet, smooth, enlightened, and relaxed. Nothing too strong or too weak about her. Sister of Sancerre.

The nose on this white wine is beautiful. Meyer lemon and a sweet soapy essence are in front, with a sneaky lime note coming in beneath. The palate is zippy and fresh, with that same beautiful, soft lemon and lime notes and a full mouthfeel that’s borderline creamy.

This is the young stuff with good acidity, nice salinity and a smorgasbord of orchard fruit and a touch of Meyer lemon. Quite nice.

Pale lemon-green and day bright. Aromas of green apple, green pear, white peach, jasmine, green grass, yogurt, wet stones, minerality. Dry, medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. This is a fresh wine that would be perfect for spring.
