Slight late harvest. About 3 weeks after the rest of harvest. 30 months aging in new French Oak. Honey and wood on the nose and on the pallet. Also some nuttiness. Ample acidity to not make this taste like a desert wine. Can age for +10 years: loved it. Favorite wine in Greece.
