Chablis primer Cru vaillons Servin 2011 Green apple, lime, peer, quite pleasant aromas. Some minerality taste, high acidity, bitterness in the end. Med body and med- alcohol. Lime peel in aftertaste and peach stone. Fresh wine. I'm just not a fan of Chablis
