Petit Chablis Chardonnay

Cute as a button.

Decent enough but I suspect still trying to find itself. A couple of bottles in the cellar and revisit in ‘24. Could be fun.

Very soft, if not bland, gets better while drinking, stays within itself

Decent Chablis, some mineral and canned green bean aroma/flavor. Less sweet than others.

$32 from Barkly Johnson. Perfect daytime drink.

Unfortunately, I drank this pretty warm, but this was a great wine for a light Rosh Hashanah dinner! Nice acid, good tart fruit.
