My mouth waters at the thought of Gigondas... And this.. Was such a treat. Heeding advice, almost two hours of decanting with tastings in between and it exploded into a huge cherry rose, brooding tannins, impressive meaty-ness & deep dark layers of chocolate & espresso. Such a wonderful experience
