Love Roulot’s 15’s. There is a perfect marriage and seamless delivery of the power and richness of the vintage matched with the elegance of Roulot’s wines. Here, my favorite of the lieu dits, shows great purity, precision and expression of stone fruit, spices, lilies, smoky minerals and a citrus inflicted acidity. It’s also showing the most young out of all the lieu dits in this vintage, but absolutely delicious nonetheless. Fantastic potential.

This had good intensity & mineral with notes of lime zest, citrus, crushed rock, saline, chalk & white flower. Love the energy, purity & racy acids this showed.
