Sipping Fine Wine

Pale lemon color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh stone fruit with floral and biscuit scents. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, citrus and peachy flavors with nice mineral tones, dry with vivid acidity. Medium+ finish with good balance ending with fruit, slight mineral and yeasty tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative!

A bit of New Year morning side by side Cremants! Certainly passable as an unattentive drink but it isn't very captivating overall. Would make a great base for sparkling cocktails I think!
