Vintage 2018 | gamay, so lots and lots of raspberry 🤩 I drank the wine before diner: a frivolous flirt, charming. We drank it with hare and the wine turns into a very strict pretty lady in a suit. Usually I prefer to drink with food, but now ??? 😏 Beautiful wine.

A focused and jovial Gamay. Bright sour cherry and redcurrant on the nose, violets, a touch metallic and plenty of white pepper. Not aggressive with the spice, integrated and delicate. The tits.
