Almost chambolle-like bright perfume in the nose with lifted red cherry, white flowers, sappy sweet notes. On the palate the earthiness and poised balance roots it in NSG. I love how Chevillon makes wine. The nose is the star.

Reticent at first but continues to develop over the course of 4 hours. Spices, wild black berries, and quite bit of acidity that blends with air and definitely over time. The aging potential is nice here
