Great tonight. Decanted for @2hrs and it needed every minute. With pork tenderloin in a red wine prune sauce this was perfect. 2006 wasn’t epic in burgundy but this was great tonight!

Dec 15th, 2019A very respectable 2006 Nuits. In a perfect spot (for me). Showing a hint of funk and secondary notes but the fruit still very present.
