Dark, stoney blend of 1/3 Pinot and 2/3 Gamay. Shows as much as it's less finesse, more structure and grippy - at the intersection of mineral rich earth and fresh red berry. Notes of black pepper, graphite and cedar. Dark chocolate covered cherries and fruit leather strips. Quite a bit of tannin and earth finding it's way through too and right into flavors of fresh raspberries, bright cherries.
