A nice freshness to the bouquet offering ripe red fruits, freshly cut Lily’s and a good rocky earth minerality. The palate is focused around good acids and soft elegant tannins.

Forest floor, mushroom, spicebox, crushed rock lifted by a higher toned perfume. Dense, compact tannin, but a bit disjointed on finish with obvious oak. Way too young...

Bright, dark red. Slightly high-toned aromas of dark cherry, menthol, earth, leather and minerals; I might have guessed Nuits-Saint-Georges. Surprisingly supple and sweet in the mouth, offering considerable early appeal. Not especially complex but nicely full and satisfying. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and lingering suggestions of leather and saline minerality. This wine was vinified with 40% whole clusters. (Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2017)

Lush, rich, elegant, ruby blackberries, black plum, black raspberries, boysenberries, blueberries, soft Provence style herbs/leather, anise, baking spices, black tea, fine soft minerality and finish that goes on and on. This will be in a perfect place in another six years. 375ml.
