Jan 24th, 2021Vintage 1997 / Gem from my own cellar 🙂 J’adore J’adore J’adore #cheninblanc #coteauxdelaubance Pure nectar. Amazing mahony colour almost brown (ai ai I thought) but awesome fresh! Chenin is really amazing. Turkish delight and honey. Perfect balance. If God exists He has something to do with these wines, I am sure. Deep bow for MR. Richou in Mozé sur Louet. Terrific wine. /Partnered it with Blue d’Auvergne and Shropshire Blue.

Excellent coteaux de l'aubance ! Le Chenin blanc est parfaitement maitrisé ! Pas trop sucré, ira très bien avec du foie gras !
