I have a bad habit of opening bottles and then forgetting them for a few days, usually to the detriment of the wine. Every once in a while, you get a surprise like this, which hasn't completely fallen apart despite having been open for at least 5 days. I actually like the wine better now than when i first opened it. Wish i had had the fortune to catch this one two days earlier. 2010 Touraine rouge (côt and Cabernet franc) from Domaine Ricard.
