Intriguing balance of freshness and ripeness: lots of pyrazines but also some rioe apricot and quince. Satisfying but lacks that quintessential Sancerre minerality.

A perfectly delicious way to kill an afternoon! A touch of minerality & salt with lots of refreshing citrus. I may not seek it out again but also nothing to blatantly dislike.
