Pleasant little Burg. Tad on the awkward side, like a kid with braces. #delectableapp

Ruby hue with pink rim variation. Moderate tearing. Nose offers tart red fruit, such as bright red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with delicate clove, sage, lavender, and violet notes. Moderate+ acidity on the palate, more so than on the nose. Overall style is elegant albeit restrained. Vintage 2015. ABV 12.5%.

Tart with slight reduction. Nice at first pass but then VA picked up.

Wasn’t as great as I remember. Still one of my favorite producers.

Very nice, tart red fruit and spice, mid-high acidity, lots of fine suspended sediment but doesn’t seem to affect the taste. Lingering spic and red fruit on the finish.
