Feb 8th, 2019I really like this white, it’s funky and full bodied, acidity muted but not missed. But the wax closure was just about impossible to open without spraying wax bits across the whole room!

May 12th, 2018So good. Citrus fruit, green apple, and mineral driven with a touch of salinity and oak. In true Jura style, unfiltered, biodynamic wine from an awesome producer.

May 20th, 2017Another funky white, but paired really well with seafood.

May 17th, 2017Very lively, down right twitchy. Very primary fruit and crushed stones, with razer sharp acid. Really long oyster shell, lemon, pepper, freshly milled lumber finish & lots of chalk. Missing some focus.

Mar 20th, 2017A real stunner. I was surprised by how much of this was drunk in such a short time. Cloudy, nose of funk and algae. Reminiscent of a Dauvissat Chablis, in a way. Noble reduction. It was linear, with a touch of gras long and precise. Acidity in the front of the tongue. Medium midpalate flavors (passion fruit, guava, which seems indicative of the vintage) and finish. Supremely drinkable, no need to hold this.
