Pop and pour, notes from 45 min open. On the nose: briary red fruit, soft cola, soft plum, maybe a pyrazine note. On the palate, a touch hard, green pepper, plum, good density, and dense finely grained tannin. More stereotypically 2011 than previous bottles.
