Needs two hours but finally showed strawberry,
Porcini juice, bright currant and tea. Too expensive for what it was. Evolved like driving a Compact that becomes a German sedan.

Monodimensional strawberry overtones. Works well with the accompanying beet based dish, but disappointing.

Way better than anticipated. Silky with some secondary textures already coming into play. A dead ringer for a premier cru Burgundy. Awesome value.....even if on the expensive scale.
