A nice very bright Muscadet. Green apple, citrus. Mineral/saline/shell. Just a touch of effervescence.

Doing the porch thing with this fine Bourgogne, having stereotypical chalk mouthfeel, supporting semisweet pear and melon flavors. Nice floral nose. Paired well with New Orleans style pulled pork and cheese grits. Délicieux!

Lemon pith, green apple, white flower, pear and a cleansing, fully blown minerality. Better than bottle 1. Has more depth and cut now. Lees texture is there but doesn't get brothy.

Pretty much exactly what I want in muscadet. This is a very good producer who knows what they're doing at every tier
