Jan 18th, 2018Tasting this after a Grüner with a lot of similarities minus the Sur Lie. Bright yellow, wet slate/stone minerals. Medium bodied with straw grass/yeasty notes. Rounded edges with some viscosity, dry finish with a ever so tiny bit of acidity that tingles the tip of you tongue tricking you into thinking this has some Vinho Verde bubbles. Another fun and fresh wine but wrong food to put it in front of.

Oct 18th, 2017Beautiful hue, honeycrisp apple, nice slatey mineral, almost salty, and that little bit of bubble is so so nice.
