Lovely perfume of crushed black cherry, spiced plum, raspberry confiture, and woodsy aromas. Made more complex by background elements of cured meat, turned earth, smoke, dried orange, rhubarb, beets. Not a power house packed with richness this vintage. Acidity is bright and the perception of chaptalization is in balance. Rustic tannins with a felt-like texture bring posture and lovely tactile components. A touch drying now, but beautiful at the table with roast duck and lentils.

Damn this bottle was 🔥🔥 such heady aromatics like light cotton candy and candy cherry but mouth was so full of dark old world earth and depth it’s no wonder Burgundy is so special

Love. Earth and cherries. So pretty, and with such gravitas.

Showing great. Tannins could use some resolve but aromatically the oak is starting to seep in. Still a rustic charm that Guillemot always has that I love. Impressed by the dark fruit this possessed, black raspberry, black cherry, red blood orange. Savory elements like fennel, forest floor, sweet tobacco starting to pop up. Great glimpse of where it's headed.

Out of a mag so still showing some youth. Bright cranberry, smoke, spice. Much better after it opened up.

Super young but a lot of promise ahead for this wine. Great value in this Grand Cru site.

Bright, floral, well structured and a nice subdued oak backbone.
