One of the finest pet nat fizzes I've had the pleasure of tasting. Yum! Lemon curd and brioche for days.

Easy drinking. Cider-esque. Slightly amber in color.

Floral aromas mixed with apple sauce, seems kind and of sour.... almost like fresh cheese aromas. On the palette pear, green apple some notes of lime and a bit nutty - think walnuts... the bitterness of walnut aftertaste. Finishes long and nutty. This is not your typical sparkling wine but if you are adventurous to try some thing off the beaten path it is worth a try.
