Christmas : it's on

High acid with this bottle. Lovely lime and lemon notes in the glass after a little opening up. Super delicious

Cases of mistaken identity. Thought I was buying a Sauvignon Blanc. Nope. Then, thought I was drinking a Chenin Blanc. Nope. In the end, a pretty profound wine, bit oxidative and with a whiff of apple cider. Good stuff.
