2007 Domaine Phillipe & Vincent Jaboulet Cornas - fat texture, deep purple richness of smoke meats, dried fig, dates and black cherry. Developed nicely over 3 hours. My favorite paring with the Osso Buco tonight. Drink now or hold for another 6 years. Yum!

2007 vintage. Medium plus tannins, aromas of meats, herbs, spice and olives. For my palate this was better on night #2. A hint of heat.
