The 4th Grand Cru in the Gevrey lineup is in fact the Perrot Minot Mazoyeres despite the photo. Sorry for the confusion. All tasted blind. Mid to rich ruby. Oak tannins on the nose? Whole bunch influence but not as much as the Charmes. Sweet rich palate with a touch of astringency to finish off. Pretty good and easy to appreciate.

Some whole bunch astringent notes on the palate. Barely medium bodied with good acid. A little more mid palate flesh would not go astray. I usually find Charmes a little on the lighter side but sometimes it surprises.

Drank really well...even most think over the hill . Particularly good bottle with balance and still fruit characteristics. Hubert makes good as it gets here for this is his terroir.

Drunk out of half bottle. Evolving over time in the glass. Started out fruit forward raspberries and cherries. Then the terroir came out to play. And nicely balanced with fine acid
