Gift from @Craig Williams - I’ve been meaning to crack this open for weeks and tonight was the night! Served with pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin. Aromas of lemon peel, white flowers, hazelnut, tart apple and a hint of lemon thyme. Nice acid on the palate, supported by notes of lemon cream, pear juice, pomelo and toasted oak. My California-centric palate is pretty pleased with this white Burgundy! Thanks, Craig!
