Gift from @Craig Williams - I’ve been meaning to crack this open for weeks and tonight was the night! Served with pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin. Aromas of lemon peel, white flowers, hazelnut, tart apple and a hint of lemon thyme. Nice acid on the palate, supported by notes of lemon cream, pear juice, pomelo and toasted oak. My California-centric palate is pretty pleased with this white Burgundy! Thanks, Craig! — 7 years ago

Wow. Can’t believe how well this has held up between three moves and less than perfect summer storage conditions. Intense aromas of macerated blackberry, cherry cordial, and baked blueberry. The palate is round with a shy entry leading into a smooth, long finish of black fruit, toasted cedar, white pepper and a hint of black licorice. Served with a Porterhouse steak from the Sierras. — 7 years ago
