Pronounced grass and grapefruit on the nose. Some salinity and white flower blossom to balance citrus and green flavors on the palate. Medium acidity. Paired ok with fatty, herb dusted salmon and roasted vegetables but bordered on overpowering the fish. Leans slightly too grassy for me but overall straddles old and new world styles nicely.
