Wonderful body with great complexity. Another 5 years would soften it more.

First night of retirement deserves a special wine. Rich and luscious. Tart Granny Smith Apples, lime, tart pineapple, white flowers, backed with some new oak. Continues to grow in complexity while in the glass. Cheers!

A full bodied Chardonnay with a lot of Acidity. Almost like Belgian endive at the finish. With cheddar cheese crackers and honey this acidity isn't balanced. May be better with a cream sauce to tame the acidity.
